Gyanee ("Gyanee", "we", "us", or "our") operates an AI-powered chat assistant that helps you discover coupons and deals from third-party merchants.   • Account information. Your mobile phone number (used as your unique account identifier and verified via a one-time password), and any profile details you choose to add such as name, email address, date of birth, gender, profile picture, and language preference.
  • Conversations.The messages, questions, and any voice inputs you send to the assistant, along with the assistant's responses, so we can answer you and improve the experience.
  • Activity data. The deals and coupons you view or click, the resulting redirects to merchant sites, and purchase conversions reported back to us by our affiliate partners, which we use to measure what is useful and improve your results.
  • Technical data. Information generated through your use of the Services, such as approximate timestamps, session tokens, and basic device or browser information needed to operate and secure the Services.

  • To measure which deals are useful and earn the affiliate commissions that keep the Services free.

4. AI Processing

Your messages are processed by large language models to interpret your request and generate responses. The assistant is designed to recommend only deals retrieved from our catalogue and does not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in your chats.

5. Affiliate Networks & Third Parties

We earn affiliate commissions through the networks and merchants you shop with, and this is how the Services stay free for you. When you click a deal, we append a tracking identifier to the merchant link so the purchase can be attributed and our commission confirmed. The affiliate network and merchant then process your purchase under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. We may also rely on service providers (for example, hosting, email delivery, and analytics) that process information on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • with affiliate networks and merchants as needed to attribute purchases;

We use your device's local storage to keep you signed in (for example, storing your session token) and to remember basic preferences. Clearing your browser or app storage will sign you out.
